After having a baby, your core feels like a stranger, your pelvic floor doesn't quite feel like yours anymore, and you're navigating everything from back pain and hip tightness to leaking when you sneeze. You want to move, you want to feel strong again — you're just not sure how to do it safely or where to begin.

Spring Series May 18 – June 24, 2025

  • 6 weeks · 2 sessions per week · 45 minutes each

  • Small groups of 3–5 members

  • $660 — paid in full

  • OR 2 installments of $350 — first payment at signup, second on June 1st
